4Prices, VAT and payment

All prices on MarketSaves are in euro and include value added tax where it applies. Nothing is added to the price of the goods: delivery is free on every order, as the Delivery Policy sets out, and the total is shown before you confirm.

Payment is made in cash to the courier when the parcel is handed over, and in no other way: the seller takes no card payment and no advance payment on this site, and nobody acting for the seller will ask you to pay before delivery. 5Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to the seller first at help@marketsaves.com with your order reference and a short description. A complaint is acknowledged within 2 working days and we aim to settle it within fourteen.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may put the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body competent in the country where you live. These bodies are listed by each member state's consumer authority, their decisions are quick and inexpensive, and we take part in good faith in any procedure properly opened against us. Your national European Consumer Centre will tell you, free of charge, which body covers a purchase like yours.

None of this touches your right to go to the courts of the country where you live, and none of it is a condition for anything else on this page: the 14-day withdrawal and the two-year guarantee are yours whether or not a dispute body is ever involved.
